OVERVIEW

The International KuneKune Pig Society is the ultimate resource for KuneKune pig breeders around the globe. Founded to provide unique membership benefits, expert knowledge, and a supportive community, this vibrant organization helps members succeed in their pursuit of better breeding success.

COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

IKKPS takes your security seriously. This website is secure and has a valid professional SSL certificate. IKKPS does not store credit card information and renewals are not automatic. You must log in to renew your membership and enter your credit card number each time you wish to renew your membership and it is processed through a secure processor portal. Therefore, your credit card information is completely safe. We use a credit card processing company for special invoices and memberships. We are also working with the credit card company to handle registrations. If you want to pay with a credit card instead of PayPal, please, do the credit card registration form and we will send you a custom invoice. The credit card processor allows all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks.

The personal information you give the organization in your profile is used to send you information via eblast, newsletters, classified ads, and the breeders list. For the security of our members, the street address is hidden from public view. That is also the case in the Online Herd Book. You can only turn that on to show that information. In your IKKPS breeder's profile, we have added a "contact form" so you will not be spammed by not showing your email address.

Herd Book - by entering registrations for yourself as a breeder or any new owners you are permitting IKKPS to publicly display their names in our Online Herd Book as breeders and/ or owners. Only their names will show as the owner and/or breeder. When you complete an online registration or one by mail, you are giving permission as well. You have also permitted it in your website profile. Non-members are displayed using their farm names in the herd book.

GIVING CONSENT FOR OTHERS

The only time IKKPS will accept you giving someone else's information is for the registration process and/or in gifting memberships under the Member Sponsorship program. You must have a valid "Agent For" form submitted and approved for entering registrations for another breeder. When you own a registered KuneKune the breeder and/or owner is permitted to be shown in the Online Herd Book by name.

FULL DISCLOSURE

IKKPS has enabled a contact form for the IKKPS breeder's profile and has done the same for the IKKPS Breeder's List on the Online Herd Book as well. We feel this keeps you, your farm, and your family safer than publicly displaying your email address and we never show your street address. Only you can "unhide" that in your membership profile.
